On Gatekeeping Witchcraft

Anyway, it’s when witches see the magic you’re casting and go “You stop that you idiot,” or some equivalent thereof.  Basically, they tell you that you can’t do something and they do so with no valid reasoning.

Someone tells you to take your amethyst out of the window or not drink malachite water? That’s a valid reason; the sun can dull your beautiful amethyst and the malachite water can do some serious physical harm.

Someone tells you that Emoji spells don’t work regardless of your intent? They’re being an ass–you are empowering those symbols with your intent and your magic and you can just block them and go on your beautiful way, you magnificent witch.
