Ive been asked a few times in last month or so how Id make a quick post about the devotional items I keep in my handbag. These go everywhere with me and have huge significance to me.
☀️☀️☀️
In the top right hand corner is possibly the oldest object I have, it was a peddle that came from the gravel outside my parents house and I painted a Hathoric Crown on it, it was my object of devotion for many years before I had a statue of Hathor.
The three gemstones, are peach sunstone (my personal favourite stone), carnelian and red jasper. The sunstone reminds me of Ra, the Carnelian of Sekhmet/Eye of Ra and the red jasper of Amun.
Then in the centre is a keyring I bought this year from fenland-witch which is peach sunstone. The rose reminds me of Hathor and the bee of Ra.
Then the malachite bracelet that I wear when I leave the house, again made by the fantastically talented @fenland-witch. The malachite reminds me of Hathor and was bought specifically for the purpose.
And finally the touchstone with the image of the cat of course reminds me of Bastet. I bought this… years ago from witch-fest. I had a reading that proclaimed the cat as a guide for me and so I bought the touchstone. It has now been repurposed as a Bastet touchstone which comes out if I offer coffee at lunch.
