Amuletic Plaque of Ma’at, from Saqqara (gold). The two feathers this figure holds identify her as Ma’at, goddess of truth and justice. It would have been placed below the breast of a mummy. Third Intermediate Period, 21st Dynasty, ca. 1000 BC. Now in the Egyptian Museum, Cairo.
