Please help. Child in danger.

My sister is in a very dangerous position and I need advice please. I’m getting in contact with a lawyer because Cps is being useless and put her in a house where she’s in as much danger as she was in my mother’s house. Could use any legal advice anyone can offer who has been in a similar situation. May be starting a go fund me for the lawyer fees but I’m not there yet, and right now I could use advice more than money. Please help, she’s 11 and does not deserve the treatment she’s receiving.
