He’s originally from Canada and when he was trying to move down to the US, this chunk got lodged in the tire of his truck. While he was trying to cross the US border, it set off the alarms that he was bringing across a banned chemical. The border patrol searching the contents of his truck and couldn’t find anything. They finally decided to check the tires and here this baby was. They let him keep it since it can’t do anything in its natural state.

It’s only dangerous if you have prolonged contact with such as carrying on your person for a few days straight. Then it’s similar to being in the sun all day longs for however many days you’ve been carrying it.
