Tips and warnings for the lunar eclipse tonight

howdy y’all, tonight will be the longest lunar eclipse of the century and I just want to put out some reminders about the eclipse

• Do not leave out any items to charge under the eclipse! The eclipse can sever your connection between you and you’re tools
• It’s really recommended to only do eclipse specific magic or disconnection magic. Again since the eclipse is a severing it can null spells and other magical work
• Since this eclipse is going to be the longest this century it’s going to be incredibly potent, despite being a general rule of thumb only do spells/rituals you feel 100% certain and safe in controlling
• Reminder mercury, mars, saturn, neptune, and pluto are in retrograde! Please take this into account while doing your work
• The blood moon will also be taking place in Aquarius so anyone with Aquarius in major signs/is Aquarius dominant are definitely going to be affected
