end the idea that being nonbinary is “basically cis”. stop assuming nonbinary people don’t have any dysphoria or never want or take steps to transition. listen to nonbinary experiences. dont reduce them to their birth genders. there needs to be more emphasis on how vast and varied the nonbinary experience is – nb people are all going to feel different about their gender and bodies and this needs to be recognized in any conversations about nonbinary people
