my advice for ppl who want to learn tarot? just do tarot.
im serious, just jump right in. get a deck and do as many readings as possible and learn the meaning of the cards as you go. use a website like biddytarot to teach you what each card means and keep doing that until one day you do a reading and realize youve memorized everything.
you dont need to study, tarot is not a school test, and you certainly dont need any “special abilities”
You can purchase this specialty reading from my own cards for 18$ via PayPal, shoot me a message! If you read tarot yourself, feel free to use this spread to your heart’s content! Just please do not remove the caption or use my spread for your own profit D:.

Follow us! A follow means a lot to us. It shows that you care enough about us as people to stick around.
Spread the word! Some of us don’t get many asks, so when we offer readings, if you know someone in need, please give them a heads up and directions to our blog.
Give thanks! A simple ‘thank you’ goes such a long way. Hearing that we’ve helped you is such an amazing feeling.
Send feedback! Let us know how our reading was. Do you feel that it was accurate for you? Do you think we can do better? No one ever improves without a little help via constructive criticism – of course, don’t offer it if we don’t ask for it (some diviners don’t like it.)
Keep us updated! If you requested a reading from us for a certain situation, we probably want to hear how it played out.
Promos! Feel like we’ve done a good job? Thrilled with our content? Give us a little shoutout if you can 🙂
Donate! Many of us are in need of money. Even if we aren’t, it always is useful – it can go towards buying new divination tools as well.
All of these things are valid ways to support diviners. Do whatever you can, if you will. Remember, we’re people too! 🙂
And a big thank you to everyone who’s already doing these things! We love it, keep it up!
🌈 My deck is best with emotional questions/answers rather than how something will go. I.e, if I ask how will a job interview go, it will tell me more how I will be feeling during it than how the interview will go.
🌈 Immediate future questions are my decks strong suits. Distant future he takes more risks with it, so it might not always be 100% spot on accurate. Though he does his best!
🌈 You can ask as many questions as you want, but please send them one ask at a time. I won’t answer asks with 2+ questions in them.
🌈 I only do one card pulls for the readings, I may offer full spreads in the future but I am considering charging for those since they take more time/energy.
🌈 Please leave a review of how the reading went! Even if negative. I am practicing, I want to get better and get to know my decks strong suits versus its weaker!
Questions should be focused on yourself and your experience rather than someone else. For example the third question to follow is the most appropriate to ask rather than putting the focus on another person …
What is the reason behind Jamie’s bad grades at school? How can I help Jamie get better grades at school? What role do I play in Jamie getting bad grades at school?
Questions to Avoid
The Tarot cannot provide specific data such as dates or names. It is also unable to answer with a simple yes or no. So…
Avoid questions that ask for a time-related answer.
Avoid questions that require a name as their answer.
Avoid questions that would need a yes or no answer.
Avoid questions that require a choice between one thing and another. (In this instance it is better to gain more information in a reading and then for you to make this decision).
Effective Questions
Effective questions should be of a positive nature in order to attract constructive insight. Ask how to create something in your life rather than focusing on any negatives. They may begin something like this…
ETA: this is not my own work, as there is a source link at the bottom. I found this useful in the regards that I am whole Heartedly a beginner in the world of Tarot reading, and was posted more in reference for myself. I didnt expect for this post to get as many notes as it has, and completely understand that others are able to utilize areas that this post says to avoid! To each their own.
Interviewing my cartomancy deck and the first question I asked was “what’s your main characteristic” and the little shit said victory lol
