If anyone’s genuinely looking for an answer…

Apparently this is a hieroglyphic representation of the Ancient Egyptian god Bes, originally a household protector god and protector of children and women in childbirth. From my brief, surface research, Bes is probably depicted like this in Unicode because he was often in ithyphallic poses (i.e., having an erect penis), so in lieu of an erect penis, they chose to use a pose with his penis hanging between his legs. Probably there’s an actual hieroglyphic depiction like that out there somewhere…

Anyway, yeah, it’s a Unicode character (U+13072), a hieroglyph featuring the Ancient Egyptian god Bes.
