To preface. I know witchcraft is NOT a replacement for proper treatment or for a therapist but can someone give me some good witchy ideas for coping with depression? Spells. Sigils. Affirmations. Etc.

There is a faint whisper in my head going “if it didn’t come first it isn’t right” when it comes to religions and I wish I could shut it up cause I know it isn’t true. How do I make a valid argument against this voice ?

Can’t we like. Report the bone stealing person and get their blog at least wiped off this platform? They clearly don’t give a fuck about their actions and show no signs of remorse or apologizing. I would suggest reporting them to authorities but as dickish as their actions are they aren’t doing anything illegal. Just plain insensitive and disgusting.
