Is it bad to have favorite gods…

Not at all in my opinion! I admire many of the Netjeru but I focus on only a few- you could say they are my “favorites”.

Kemeticism has so many gods, I’d dare say it’s impossible or nearly so for a devotee not to like some better than others. (Unless they purely worship Netjer as a whole, I suppose).

I complete agree! It’s perfectly fine to have favourites, and to worship one, or a small group above all others – the Ancients certainly did 🙂

I wouldn’t recommend worshipping a single deity without any acknowledgement/recognition of or any belief in the other deities in the pantheon. (And by that I don’t mean you need to worship all of them, but simply recognise that they exist and have power – it’s difficult to explain)
