The thing about worshiping the s/n/a/k/e I don’t get is…

There’s nothing at all interesting about it.

Like, there’s no story of it being abused and misunderstood like Loki or history of being once worhsiped with just as much respect as the other Netjeru and the conflict and turmoil of the Osiris myth.and the Contendings, like Set… There’s no backstory. There’s no intrigue. There’s no compassion or human element to it’s existence…

It’s literally just representative of all the evil in the world with no caveat. The opposite of ma’at… Destroyer of the world for no reason or motive other than that’s what it does….

Like… BUT WHY THOUGH??? would you want to worship it? Other than edgy, self-isolation and a “fuck you” to the Kemetic belief system?

It rubs me the wrong way the same as atheists who get in your face rub me the wrong way…

But w/e and you do what you do I guess. And hopefully there’s some cosmic law where if you worship a thing in true love and true respect and true intent, it doesn’t matter what it is, and it is valuable to your soul and it helps cosmic order and all that.
