Ptolemaic Scene by Glen Parry

Via Flickr:

Ptolemaic relief, preserved within Taharqa’s temple/gateway, located in the Northwest corner of the Mut Precinct.

The damage to the relief means Porter and Moss aren’t sure who the deities are here, though they hazard a guess that the lioness-headed goddess is Tefnut. I think it’s likely that the goddesses crowning the king are Nekhbet and Wadjet, and that the goddess wearing the double crown is Mut. (It’s always the most identifying information that gets destroyed, because damage happens to the tops of reliefs – the hieroglyphs and the heads!)
