doe-eyed-harpy:

When choosing a religion, it’s not just about a cursory attraction to the gods. Religions have virtues and ethoses and cultural contexts. I am someone who believes that all gods exist, and so when I set out to practice I approached the religion whose structure and virtues most aligned with my understanding of justice and morality.

Nitpicking which gods/pantheons you like more will drive you up the wall; if you want to a commit to a pantheon but you’re at a loss as to which one, study up on the culture and history of the pantheons you’re considering. Instead of reading myths just to learn more about gods, read myths to learn more about the people who worshipped/worship those particular gods.
